Help with Software

If you want to view our products with full quality and functionality, you need QuickTime. Why go through the hassle of the download? QuickTime isn't just another browser plug-in, like Shockwave or Real Player. It's a system enhancement. Once you have QuickTime installed, you can play video, audio, 3D graphics and virtual reality panoramas and objects in just about any program. These days, most new Windows and Macintosh computers come with QuickTime pre-installed. Many CD-ROM games depend on QuickTime, and many many entertainment companies and businesses now offer QuickTime movies and virtual reality content on their web sites.

After you've downloaded the software, you need to install it on your computer. This is a quick and painless process, but if you need help, see our Installation Help page.

The Alternative

Let's say you don't want to download QuickTime. Okay, you can view some of our selected Panoramas within your Java-capable browser. Typically, this means Netscape 3.0 or higher, or Internet Explorer 3.0 or higher.

Note: You won't be able to view any of our SpinView Objects without QuickTime. Also, without QuickTime our panoramas can't be zoomed in or out!
